A lot of the people I work with come in saying some version of: “I don’t think this is normal… but I also don’t know what to do about it.”
That might look like leaking urine, feeling like you have to go all the time, constipation, pelvic pressure, or pain with sex. Sometimes it’s more subtle—things just feel off.
I support anyone dealing with pelvic floor or movement-related concerns. We look at how everything is working together—your breathing, strength, habits, and daily routines—and start making small changes that actually make a difference.
I also know pelvic floor PT can feel a little intimidating. Not everyone wants to jump straight into an in-person exam, and that’s okay. Telehealth is a really comfortable place to start. We can do a lot without anything internal, and you get to be in your own space.
And if at any point it feels like you’d be better served in person, I’ll tell you that. I’m not here to keep you in something that isn’t the right fit.
This is a cash-based service. I’ll give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Coaching: I work with people in midlife and older who want to feel better in their body, but don’t need (or don’t want) physical therapy. Maybe you want more energy, more consistency with movement, or a better sense of what actually matters for your health right now.
We take a step back and look at the bigger picture—what your days actually look like, what’s realistic, and where you want to go from here.
From there, we figure out what to focus on and how to move forward in a way that fits your life. Nothing extreme, nothing overwhelming. Just clear next steps and support as you follow through.
This is not physical therapy and isn’t reimbursable through insurance. It’s open to anyone looking for guidance and a bit of structure.
